I've used these guys before for my wife's iphone 4, but this time I went in for my company phone, which I dropped in coffee. My screen was all white and the phone would not stay powered on. I dropped my phone off and they had me back up in running in less than 24 hours!

"VERY FAST, CUSTOMER ORIENTED SERVICE!! The laptop that I use for my business started making a weird noise and then shut down on me. I had a mild panic attack thinking it was going to be a major ordeal. HP and Best Buy (where I bought my laptop) both wanted me to ship my computer off to be repaired and then I would have to wait a week just to hear back from "someone". No way I could shut down my business for a week or more!! Thankfully, someone referred me to Adam at GRS. They diagnosed the problem while I was in the store, ordered the parts needed for repair, and had me back up & running in less than 24 hours. You can't beat that level of service! They even cleaned out the dust & pet hair so I wouldn't have this problem again. Thank you GRS!!
