GRS Warranty Policy

GRS repairs are warranted for 90 days, our batteries have a 1 year warranty. If you are not completely satisfied with the repair on your iPod, iPhone or BlackBerry you can return your device for further evaluation.  Should the iPod, iPhone or BlackBerry stop working and you believe it is because of a defective part that was repaired in your iPod, , simply do the following:

  1. Contact Customer Service to obtain a RMA Number.
  2. Ship the iPod, iPhone or BlackBerry to GRS with the RMA number written on the outside of the packaging and please provide a brief description of the issue you are experiencing inside the packaging.  
  3. Include an e-mail address and phone number so we can contact you.
  4. After obtaining a RMA number please package your device and ship to:

Once GRS receives your iPod, iPhone or BlackBerry we will diagnose the problem and let you know if the part is defective or if there is another problem that has failed on your iPod, iPhone or BlackBerry. If the defect is a previously purchased part, we will replace the part and send the iPod, iPhone or BlackBerry back to you at no charge. If there is a new problem GRS will call with the cost to have your device repaired prior to making the repair.
