Shipping Policy
At GRS our shipping concept is simple, we do enough volume to obtain great industry rates. While many companies charge you separate shipping costs for each device you ship. GRS offers free 2 day return shipping on any device we repair. Here’s how it works. If you prepay for any item on the website such as an LCD, digitizer or battery replacement you are automatically given free return shipping. Simply mail us your device and after we complete the repair we ship it back to you 2 day priority shipping for FREE! The only time you are required to pay a return shipping cost is for our free diagnostics service. The return shipping fee for this is 6.00. If you choose not to have your device repaired by GRS, you have already prepaid to have your device returned at no additional charge. If you choose to go ahead with the repair GRS will refund the 6.00 cost of shipping towards your repair cost. It’s that simple!!!
