Question: Can GRS fix water/liquid damage on my device? Answer: Yes. In many cases we can fix water damage. If your device has water/liquid damage please place an order for our iPod diagnostics, iPhone diagnostics or BlackBerry diagnostics. Most of the time we will know the device had liquid damage as soon as we open the device but its always good to give a description of the liquid damage and how long the device was exposed to it.
Question: Can I just send my device without placing an order? Answer: No. Although this does happen from time to time it is not recommended. It is important to place an order before sending your device to GRS. This will allow you to be able to track your device throughout the entire process. Question: How can I tell what kind of iPod I have? Answer: Apple has created a page for customers to determine what type of iPod they have. Click on this link to determine your iPod. You can always give us a call and we can help you if you are still unsure 1-888-354-1477.
Question: How long will my device repair take? Answer: At GRS all repairs are completed within 24-36hrs of the time the device arrives. For an additional fee we offer a Front of Line service that guarantees that your device is repaired the same day that it arrives. ***Note for Front of Line customers using diagnostics. We must be able to contact you for approval of the repair. GRS is not responsible if you are unable to be contacted with the information provided in your order.

Question: How can I tell if I need an LCD replacement or digitizer replacement? Answer: The LCD is the picture that you view on your iPod or iPhone. If you can no longer see the icons or apps on your iPod or iPhone then you most likely need a LCD replacement. The digitizer is the front glass that you touch your finger to. If the glass that you touch is broken or shattered then you most likely need a digitizer replacement.
