GRS Return Policy

GRS offers a 30-day no-hassle money-back return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item in original condition within 30 days of receipt. You may request a refund. In the event a refund is granted GRS will have to keep your device or ship the device back to you without the parts that were refunded. Return shipping is not included in the refund and will be deducted from the refund total. Refunds do not include shipping costs or labor, and returns received after 30 days will not be refunded. Accessories or refurbished iPods must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition that they were purchased in.
 
Before returning an item, please contact us via e-mail or call our toll free customer service number to obtain a RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without a RMA number. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

All RMA's must be sent back to GRS within 15-days of the requested RMA date.
