Typographical Errors
In the event that a Global Repair Solutions Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Global Repair Solutions Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Global Repair Solutions Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Global Repair Solutions Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Global Repair Solutions Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason. Impersonation of others, including a Global Repair Solutions Inc. or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. GRS reserves the right to alter these terms at any time. All other
trademarks remain the property of their respective companies. All
trademarks and registered trademarks are used to the benefit without
intent to infringe on the mark holder. GRS is not responsible for any
accessories that were sent with the device. We will make every effort
to maintain the integrity of other items shipped with the device but
can't guarantee that these items will get shipped back to the customer
upon completion of the order.
Stale Order Policy
When a customer places an order with GRS it is the obligation of the
customer to make sure the device is shipped to GRS in a timely manner.
If the customer has not shipped the device to GRS within 45 days of
placing the order, it is considered stale and the order is closed. All
funds paid to GRS from a stale order are considered abandoned and will
not be reimbursed to the customer.
Abandonment Policy
After GRS receives a customer's device, the customer is contacted by a
GRS representative with a price quote to repair the product. If the
customer does not respond by phone or e-mail within 45 days, the
customer's product is considered abandoned and becomes the property of
GRS. GRS will recycle the customer's product at our sole discretion and
there will be no additional charges for the disposal or recycling of
the customer's product. It is the responsibility of the customer to
provide accurate and current contact information to GRS when setting up
their account, and to update the information in their customer account
as necessary.
Exclusive Agreement
These Terms of Sale represent the complete and final agreement between
the Customer and GRS for the matters set forth herein, and shall be
supplemented only by the prices, quantity, and descriptions set forth
in GRS's invoice for the relevant sale. Terms contained in Customers'
purchase orders, offers to buy, terms and conditions, and the like
shall have no effect.
Limitation of Liability
In
no event shall GRS be liable for Special, incidental, or consequential
damages, including but not limited to loss of profit or opportunity.
Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy is stated in the manufacturer’s or
publisher’s end user warranty accompanying the product. In no event
shall GRS liability exceed the repair, replacement or cost of the
specific product purchased from GRS. The parties agree that the
limitations in this section are integral to this order. Some states may
not recognize a disclaimer or limitation of warranties and/or
limitation of liability so the above disclaimers may not apply.
Customers may also have a different and/or additional rights and
remedies that vary from state to state.
Shipping Terms
GRS will arrange shipping and negotiate payment with the carrier;
however, shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
GRS is not responsible or liable for loss or resulting damage due to
the carrier's negligence or theft. For any products that are damaged,
lost, or stolen by the carrier in transit to the customer or to GRS, an
insurance claim must be submitted by the customer to the carrier. In
this case, GRS will make their own shipping records available to the
customer in order to help facilitate filing of the claim. Delivery
times are estimates only and GRS shall not be liable for delays by the
carrier. Orders that are refused will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Recycle Policy
The
GRS recycle policy applies when a device is deemed beyond repair. The
customer has the choice to have the device shipped back to them or GRS
can recycle the device here. If the customer chooses to have the device
recycled no refund will be given for the prepaid shipping. The funds
that have been paid for the return shipping will be used to tear down
the device.
